In Russia there are not racetracks :( . I know the guys - they accelerated up to 350kmh in Moscow. (bmw 645 5.2L + g-power charger and tuned SLR)

I am not racer - simple i love hi speeds, beauty cars and be faster on the streets. Better I fly to Crimea - there is a sport sailing yacht.

Let's start a pool to pick the date maxim1 dies. maxim1, we'll need one of your friends to let us know when it happens, OK? Guys, how much should we each kick in to the pool? Oh, maxim1, don't go out and buy a helmet or other safety equipment, OK? We want to make sure this pool only lasts a few months as some of us guys here have shorter attention spans. ;)

Glad you made it out okay. Please be careful in the future. It's unfortunate there are no racetracks around where you can get experience and have fun; are there at least some remote roads where it's unlikely you'd encounter other vehicles rather than driving at such speeds in/around the city? Of course you still have to worry about things like deer or other animals on the road, or how to get help if something does happen in a remote place.

Don't worry - i drive like this since 15 years old and all ok( on father's W140 CL500). All my friends crashed their cars in 1-2 years - it's some russian tradition.

Its not often that we see someone so prepared to revel in their own idiocy in such a public manner, even here.

It's Russia, if you hurt someone, you just pay them off... if they sue somehow, you kill them.

It's obvious you think you're invincible and now in your mind it's confirmed with your survival of that wadded up wreck. I only hope when the finality/fatality comes, it doesn't involve innocent bystanders.

In some ways that's not all that different from the U.S. If you hurt someone, you hire expensive lawyers to reach a settlement and mutual agreement that there will be "no admission of wrongdoing".

The difference is in Russia everyone admits it and that's just the way things are. In the U.S. it's sugar-coated and legitimized by procedure and formality. In both cases, the rich get away with whatever they want and the average or poor do not.

I'm not saying it's right (it's not) but given the shortcomings of our system, I wouldn't be so quick to look down my nose at the rest of the world.
