I can answer that- he did! My brother's birthday is the 28th, and he ALWAYS got the shaft- his gifts were always 'combo' gifts.

Almost two years ago for me and I have still not recuperated. It is all downhill from here on, which is a good thing. Uphill would have been too exhausting. Perhaps on your big day, some tutsi posting would be temporarily allowed, in order to celebrate your excellent editing skills!
