Anyone in SoCal have a V-1 radar detector for sale?

HTF can they be $100 more on Amazon.com, (and eBay), then they are brand new from Valentine??
 I will definitely buy a new one only from Valentine, for no other reason than this weird pricing. How can someone know how to use a computer and find eBay and Amazon, but not Valentine? I'm looking for a used one for less than the price of a new one, and immediate possession. I'll buy a new one later. (X-mas time and $$ is tight).
