Seems to me that many, many people are getting killed that we aren't hearing about.

Interesting how the driver must be painfully aware of the likelihood that he has hurt bystanders, but donīt want to waste a second to find out - just drives away.

I think at ralleys, bystanders are considers (by drivers) to be in the same category as ...hay bales.

You try and avoid them, but if you hit one, you hope for the best and ...carry on!

Question: I have seen other videos where rally cars fly into a crowd. Are the drivers liable, legally? How do countries apply the 'rules of the road' (car hits pedestrian, driver cited) to a road race situation?
