Forza is the reason i own an xbox. probably won't drop the coin on the 360 though as Grand Turismo has soured me on following a game series (no significant improvements).

This game rocks! If i did not already have an Xbox360, I would get one to play this game. People often diss video games but my son has a 360 and we bought this game for XMAS.
It's very cool, the cars look great and the inventory is deep. The tracks are real. Where else can someone run Laguna in one race and then jump to Road Atlanta for the next one. It gives us something to do together, we can talk cars, racing, etc. Very fun. I just bought two wheels to go with. May turn out to actually help as an actual racing simulator as well

Oh my god, why would anyone play a racing game when you can race a real car? I am kidding of course. See the venom being spewed on the Guitar Hero thread. Game looks good, will have to try it.

Yea, I got the 360 just for Forza. I ran Sebring last night for the first time...what a great track!!
As far as doing it "real" vs. videogame...I actually feel pretty confident that if I ran Laguna Seca at this point I'd have an idea of what I was doing. One of my buddies used to run the Speed World Challenge (he was with Realtime Racing) and they would take a PS2 and Gran Turismo with them in case any of the driver's hadn't run one of the tracks they were competing on . Pretty cool.

This is a great game, but don't diss on PGR...I got PRG2 awhile back and have already beaten PGR3 and am now in 15th position in PGR4.
