IIRC, Barrier had some radically inflated prices, last time I was looking for a car. If I was you, I'd keep my eyes open: if Barrier has it for $46K, someone else down the street will be unloading something similar for $38K in the next few months. Wait for it ....

Hardrive, knowing you like the boxster and cayman, I would save up for a bit longer and make the jump to the 996 TT. I have driven them, and they are great cars, and are still coming down in value.
