You see, marijuana is SO deadly and dangerous that any sale or use in Cali. imperils the entire stability of our nation. thus, the commerce clause of the US Const. applies and the the feds can regulate. or so they claim....
That argument makes about as much sense as the Drug law argument they made to the judge I used to work for. He's an old time Oregon Republican, and he bounced Mr. Ashcroft right out of the courtroom. Same thing when the feds attacked our Death with Dignity law.
