If they put one of those in the CP3, the armor from an Abrahms couldn't protect it.

I'll bet those machines have all kinds of funky-ass satellite positioning & proximity alarms and what-not.

Otherwise I have this vision in my head of a couple guys from my office dragging the thing down the street wrapped in a blanket like that ATM from "Barbershop".

many people do not realize the pain killing and nausea damping properties of marjuana. as one who has had to use alot of medicines for chronic pain management as well as the attendant nausea I applaud CAs move. The damn Feds are overstepping here big time,

What happened to States' Rights? If the Fed doesn't like the California law, then perhaps they can withhold some highway dollars, but they are overstepping their authority by any other means.

You see, marijuana is SO deadly and dangerous that any sale or use in Cali. imperils the entire stability of our nation. thus, the commerce clause of the US Const. applies and the the feds can regulate. or so they claim....

That argument makes about as much sense as the Drug law argument they made to the judge I used to work for. He's an old time Oregon Republican, and he bounced Mr. Ashcroft right out of the courtroom. Same thing when the feds attacked our Death with Dignity law.

Of course the Feds have more money (like mine) to fight with, and they don't like to give up in a states' rights battle.

I guess that should be green instead of red. When is the first SCOTUS test of the DEA violating the US Constitution by busting medical marijuana places. Whether you agree with it or not, it is the law.

Yeah, I think that would be a big net plus for the Golden State. What is it, #7 economy in the world, something like that anyway
