That argument makes about as much sense as the Drug law argument they made to the judge I used to work for. He's an old time Oregon Republican, and he bounced Mr. Ashcroft right out of the courtroom. Same thing when the feds attacked our Death with Dignity law.

I guess that should be green instead of red. When is the first SCOTUS test of the DEA violating the US Constitution by busting medical marijuana places. Whether you agree with it or not, it is the law.
