The only complaint I have with our 10 y/o Maytag Neptune machines is that they are the first gen front loaders, which means they did not come with the drawer underneath. So, we have to bend down low to load and unload the machines. I'll have to build a stand for them to save my back. Otherwise, they save on water and soap because they are fast, quiet and have extra large capacity.
