Stop Alien Abductions!
Certainly something every free-thinking Pelican should be concerned about...alien abduction.
Here is a website that will provide instructions on developing an effective hat that prevents alien mind control and the subsequent abduction and inevitable probing. The inventor claims that this is much more effective than that old aluminum foil cap that we have been depending on for years. http://www.stopabductions.com  The internet, something for everyone.

Gathering from that pic I would say it rather attracts aliens. Looks like he has been a-probed a few times already. And liked it.
