Nope, I got you all beat. Here's the kicker, I cannot even remember what it was about. I just remember as a kid, my parents watching this movie called Hotel New Hampshire. It was on Prevue (like HBO) when we lived up in Portsmouth, RI. That was between 1980 and 1984. Do an IMDB search on it. The only thing I remember is some weird shenanigans about the family's stuffed black lab (dead of course)...

I'm not making this up.

You are a sick, sick dude. You mentioned Rosie's contribution to the film before Dana's?

Snakes on a Plane.

police academy 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Actually I never saw more than a few minutes of any of the sequels, but that was enough to label them as POS. Revenge of the nerds 2 was a stinker, taledega nights just pissed me off for wasting my time. the worst recent movie I've seen was the newest pirates of the carribean. I wanted my $2 back.
Edit, just reemmbered one worse than any of those:
"Nothing but trouble" with dan Aykroyd, John Candy, and Chevy chase. Oh man was that ever bad.

And, IIRC, it won Best Picture in 1995.

Any of the "Fast and the Furious" series. Puke.

trekkor 02-04-2008 02:58 PM

I also thought 'Spaceballs' was horrible and great at the same time.

How does that fit in?

obviously, none of you have seen "road rage", alternately known as "a friday night date".
if you have seen it.......you know.

BeyGon 02-04-2008 03:18 PM

You guys are making my day, there are so many truly $hit movies out there I haven't seen.

strupgolf 02-04-2008 03:21 PM

Well I just wasted my money on Cloverfield this weekend, SUCK.

Porsche-O-Phile 02-04-2008 03:34 PM

How 'bout "300"? That one was pretty dreadful. Friggin' sausage fest / testosterone session.

I know 2001 Space Odyssey is supposed to be great art, but it was on TV the other day, and after watching a little space module in a fancy ballroom for 15 minutes with nothing happening, I had to move on. I guess that movie requires massive quantities of weed.

I think it takes a combination of methadone, LSD, and Dramamine.

The Gods Must Be Crazy (1980)

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1202172243.jpg

First and only movie I have ever walked out on.

legion 02-04-2008 03:52 PM

Showgirls--but that's too easy.

Kids. That is the only movie I ever walked out of.

Yeah...but...but...Dana was naked!

"A Day Without a Mexican" was pretty horrid too - purely preachy Hollywood horse***** about how dependent all us "average" millionaire actors are on illegals and how the world would grind to a halt if we actually had to mow our own lawns. Well, that and purely sanctimonious sucking up to the "hispanic community". What a crock.

Don't even get me started.

"Superstar" was pretty crap-a-riffic too. So was "You've Got Mail". God. I think I'm gonna' need some uppers after even thinking about some of these again, that's how bad they were.
