The trad-rod crowd yanks the OHV engines out of these (and Oldsmobiles and Buicks) for their rod projects and either unloads the car or swaps something modern in.

I know a guy that has a couple of these about that year. he bought one at barrett-jackson at a 7am auction while everyone slept in for 15k. was offered 65k that afternoon and 130k later. had it appraised when he got it home at 160k. He has another appraised at $300k. only a fool would cut something like that up.
