Cruise speed within 20 kts of the A-10, and has a larger combat radius than the A-10.

But it lacks the big-ass gun of an A-10.
It only has (2) M3P .50 cal machine guns in each wing.

Bean counters love your option but I suspect the guys flying into combat prefer the A-10

Some countries can't afford/provide the infrastructure to field a squadron of A-10s.
I'm dealing with a country right now that can't manage the infrastructure to keep (4) helicopters flying. :rolleyes:
