It was pretty windy here today, I was thinking that was the cause. That plane has been sitting on the ramp for a few days. I don’t think they would have been fueling it today as the weather was bad.
Not that there could not be a fuel imbalance that helped put it on it’s tail. There must be a reason it did not set back down on the nose wheel. |

Somebody once told me that the Lear 23's and 35's have an issue with fuel transfer valves sticking open and fuel then runs between tanks when parked.
