I'm pretty sure an SC will usually top out around 140-145. I know that my 3.2L went 6200 in 5th and that's about 150mph. The above has the same steering wheel as a 3.2L.

It has an air-cooled flat four, but it doesn't look like a VW or Porsche to me.
