I thought it was the tach which got rotated, not the speedo? Looks like both.

some rotate speedo's where there's a high-speed part of a track where the entry speed needs to be watched to ensure adequate braking & such. Otherwise, y, speedo is normal. :)

Rotate speedo so one can see the "important" numbers. Have done same on my 930 with the 930S wheel which hides even 60mph (100kmh). Makes a big difference on a daily basis.

I rotate the speedo so I can see the (more or less) "legal" range on it past the steering wheel. I rotated the oil pressure/temp gauge as well, for the same reason.
