Check Out My Hamaguchi

Well I have listed the Hamguchi Oil Painting on E-bay. Lets see what kind of action it receives...

Good luck, tabs!

FYI, "Neither of which effects the painting in any significant fashion." should read "Neither of which affects the painting in any significant fashion."

Just some constructive criticism, FWIW.

Best,

Kurt

I'm the high bidder, or I should say my SO is. Fortunately the reserve is apparently set high so I haven't "won".

what's great about it is the implicit notion that if you don't bid, or bid low, you are not a person of wealth and taste.

Cool!! Good Luck Tabs.
What do you hope to get for it?

I see you have 4 paintings on eBay for sale, maybe I'll buy one for nostalgic reasons?

Good work though and good luck again.

How many images of possibilities when through your mind before you clicked?

The Marius Schmidt is a nice piece. I'm surprised it hasn't had bidding interest.

Marius Schmidt is a very under rated CA artist. His early W/C's are as good as they get. I have probably 10 pieces by him, including a huge oil on canvas. I just don't know what I am going to do with all this stuff.

I have a very modest reserve on that little painting.

Well, the master Tabdula did it again. Turned a $1.50 investment into a $100+ sale on Ebay.

Wish it could have sold for more but still, not a bad profit for 10 days "work" combing the Goodwill stores!
