			I was lucky in that the salvage value of the jeep was not worth much.  I dought that they got hurt in the deal though.

No, it was the tow lot that scapped it.  My Son only had liability and the other driver is disputing whos fault it was.   His insurance won't pay her as according to witnesses it was not my sons fault.  The other drivers car was not worth much either and the driver did not own it.  I figure it would cost more than it would be worth to sue and even if we won it would be hard to get paid.
