Sues who??? It would be hard to pinpoint just where the "leak" came from. Also, the papers all stand together about naming sources. There have been many reporters/news people put in jail for a long time because they would not disclose their source.

Joe, I remember the "FWI" problems after his trek down the highway.

All of us will meet the with the final end at some point. It has been leading towards that since before the day we were born. I know some people that are in their late 90's, and it just seems like it would be really bad to see most all of your friends and even most of your own family members die, and you are still here with no health problems other than just being old. You have to value all of the short amount of time you actually have here and try not to waste any of it. If you do waste it, you can't ever get it back. Don't sweat the small $hit, get over it and go on.

It's hard to sue when A) you're dead, and B) the story was true.

well, A he's not dead B it would seem that it's not true
that's why i said, if he comes out ok , he should sue the bastards

a news paper cannot print whatever it wants, they should verifiy their sources,

li·bel /ˈlaɪbəl/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[lahy-buhl] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation noun, verb, -beled, -bel·ing or (especially British) -belled, -bel·ling.
–noun
1. Law.
a. defamation by written or printed words, pictures, or in any form other than by spoken words or gestures.
b. the act or crime of publishing it.
c. a formal written declaration or statement, as one containing the allegations of a plaintiff or the grounds of a charge.
2. anything that is defamatory or that maliciously or damagingly misrepresents.
–verb (used with object)
3. to publish a libel against.
4. to misrepresent damagingly.
5. to institute suit against by a libel, as in an admiralty court.

anybody who is undergoing chemo, doesn't need the aggravation of false news articles, it's not to crazy to say that it is damaging, it's not like saying somebody has the flue this weekend, when it's not true, it actualy means JS most likely got many people calling, writing, mailing him to wish him well with his upcoming death...

Most people i know, would find it a serious insult to be told by others that they are a write-off, a done deal, 99,99% gone

last time i checked, you cannot insult people , there are certain limits to free speech, and newspapers writing crap that ain't true, crap that has negative impact on peoples lives, is one of those limits...

newspapers here report he's loosing his fight, it spread to the liver, and he's saying his goodbyes... don't know if it's accurate this time, or if it's misinformation like 5 months ago...
At least he got 5 months, not 5 weeks ...

Nothing in the entertainment rags. In fact, they say he just finished his series and did not appear any worse off. He was in Chicago in the past days as well...

There's a doctor in Italy who treats cancer based on the theory that it's a fungus, candida albicans in particular. His name is Dr. Simoncini and this is his website.

http://www.curenaturalicancro.com/

His treatment uses sodium bicarbonate. His theories are quite well accepted in alternative medicine. If you've only been given a few months to live, it might be worth a shot.

It is rough to hear that anyone is suffering from such a nasty disease.

Patrick has donated a great deal of money and time to Cal Poly Pomona University. As an alum of Cal Poly, I appreciate his selfless efforts. I am also a HUGE fan of The Outsiders novel by S.E. Hinton and the film by Coppola. Patrick did a GREAT job in the film and he will always be "Darry" in my mind.

Stay Gold Patrick!

"The Dirty Dancing star has released a statement to People, responding to recent reports in the National Enquirer that his cancer has spread to his liver and that the actor was preparing for his death by saying goodbye to his family.

Pancreatic cancer is an aggressive disease and from the moment I was diagnosed, I knew I was in for the fight of my life," Swayze said. "It's a battle, and so far, I've been winning. I'm one of the lucky few that responds well to treatment."

Go Patrick !
