oh what the he11 Poll
I know I'm going to regret this but Ive got thick skin so here goes.
Anyone manscape? Couple of years ago I started buzzing my armpits because I realized I was wasting deoderant. Now I'm not talking shave clean like chicks do but the old beard trimmer buzz cut, short and tight. If you've got a patch of hair under your arms the stuff just sits on the hair and little of it gets to your skin. If it does not get to your skin it don't do squat unless you lay it on thick which is just a waste. This year I decided to go a step farther for the summer and move "down south" Again just a buzz cut, not total removal like I suspect Michael Jackson does. The buzz cut keeps it from itching when it grows back and you just feel "cleaner". Added benefit is not having short and curlies shedding on the toilet and the wife does not end up with "floss" while engaged in certain activities.

You kinda missed one option... yes and who cares?
I trim the bottom down a bit in the summer as its too bloody hot in Arizona but it aint no fashion statement. Do the same to the hair and its a buzz cut when it gets above 100. A lot of people do this to help with the heat. Has nothing to do with fashion... Joe A

OK, I'll join you in the "corner of shame" as I have no doubts of my own masculinity. :>) I didn't know there was a term for it (can't accuse me of watching too much "Queer Eye") but I have been known to remove hair in selected areas....the wife loves it - 'nuff said.

Other parts of my body keep me busy enough - not looking for any more lawns to mow.
Strange thread.

If this kind of thing is not good for anyone, you might remember that many sportsmen do this all the time. I did when I was racing bikes as any decrease in wind resistance means more speed for less energy. Was a real bear shaving legs and arms but if you want to win...
If you ever have surgery near your gut you will wake up "clean" so to speak... JoeA
