You and I agree on a lot, and disagree (passionately at times) on a lot, but I think your voice adds a lot to the discussion here too. It's okay to disagree (even passionately). The world would be awfully boring if we all felt the same way - or worse, didn't feel at all. Here's hoping you decide to stay and cowboy up. Don't let the b*stards grind you down and all that. . .

IMO its not the trolls that get me P.O.'d, its the good guys that you respect that act like *********s that upset me....... I be chillin' too, its just not worth the time or effort. You can find me on the other forums, PPOT lost my respect a few weeks ago, back to lurk mode for a while.

Tim, I hope this is only temporary. I've managed to quit smoking, but I can't quit OT.:D You're one of the guys on here that I genuinely enjoy talking to. Plus, I like to live vicariously through your pictures of the workshop filled with tools, airplanes, and Porsches.

Matt, I quit smoking too, and I thought you lived vicariously through my occasional pictures of the movie sets I work on. I'm hurt. Oh!, I'm not shallow, Timmy come home!

Good luck to ya Tim, I hope you reconsider and return after the embers die down a bit. I, like several others have mentioned, have become disenchanted with the tone of PPOT recently, so I've somewhat "stepped away" from PPOT just a bit too. However imo, this is an inherently "good" place where lots of intelligent and thought provoking exchanges have occurred over the years and I'm willing to wait it out just a bit. I personally had no problem with WIWB, Fastpat, Mul (1 & 2), etc. and just ignored their trollish behavior. After all, it's the internet... :)

ps: As the "offending" thread has since been deleted, many may not understand why Speeder, Rob, Mike Marsh (I think he left the board), myself and I'm sure a few others are speaking up, but the mods know. I wouldn't want their job, think they do a fantistic job, but we're "sqeaking" and need some grease :). Off of soapbox...
