Chris Angel - WTF?
What the heck is the deal with this Chris Angel guy? I've probably watched about 4 tricks of his from his show, Mindfreak. EVERY one of them was absolutely retarded.
With David Blaine, I at least find myself wondering how the heck he pulls off his trick. With Chris Angel, EVERY trick is obviously staged, and doen't even leave you guessing. It's pretty infuriating to watch, knowing that this guy probably makes loads of dough, putting together a bunch of tricks that would probably not even fool a bunch of children.  Am I missing something?

Nope. You pretty much nailed it.
I think the 'magician' community shares some of the same disdain for him because he stages all his tricks and uses a lot of plants in the crowd. Or so I've heard.
