History Channel said they think another guy arrested for another charge is DB Cooper.

When it first happened I was at a typical wild 1971 party. I'll never forget that night.

Ron, do you have any more details? from the History Channel? I've heard that the FBI attributes DB Cooper to some guy who's dead now, but then I've also heard they have an open investigation into him and have no idea who he was. I always thought conventional wisdom was that he couldn't have survived. What an interesting mystery.

only that the guy arrested resembles DB and he never admitted that he was DB.

I remember an event at Road Atlanta back in the mid 70's when someone entered under the the name D. B. Cooper................ there sure were a lot of guys in suits and ties walking around the paddock that weekend.

Someone found a bunch of cash by a river, shortly after the robbery- I don't remember if it was stashed or looked like it had fallen- great story though.

I'll probably just wait for it to come out on DVD...
