as i get older, something unexpected has happened

college girls like this look too young... anything under 25 looks too young in fact...
older women look hotter.....what is happening to me in my 30s? is this a trend
that continues as a man gets older...?

I'm sorry...what were you talking about?

Too young for what?

I grew nose hair and am going bald. Horray for age!

gchappel 03-31-2008 04:53 AM

As you get older you do have to start to worry about heart attacks during you know what.

But if they die, they die.

My problem is they don't look too young, I feel too old. Up until I was thirty I was still able to "get dates" with 18+ girls. By 33 they wouldn't give me the time of day. Now at 39 it's the 35+ women that come on to me. Not that it really matters since I'm married, since I was 33. Whoa, revelation! ;)

legion 03-31-2008 05:02 AM

Wow, a little part of me died inside thinking that is what is coming.

onewhippedpuppy 03-31-2008 05:07 AM

No worries here, they never gave me the time of day.:D You want to feel old, try going back to college in your late 20s. Married with two kids, my life couldn't be much different from that of the average college student.

A man can still dream.

Wait til you turn 50, those young hotties will get you blood boiling again, don't worry.

sammyg2 03-31-2008 05:28 AM

They start calling you "sir". :(

on2wheels52 03-31-2008 05:44 AM

I just hope the young guys they date appreciate them.

ASU-Arizona State University.
Took quite a few courses there.

sammyg2 03-31-2008 06:46 AM

"No matter how good they look, some guy somewhere is tired of putting up with their crap".

This happened to me at a swim up bar in Panama back in 1995. It WAS very depressing.

I'm 38, and 18 year old girls look like kids to me. I'm quiet happily married, but when my eyes do wander, I find its towards 30ish girls.

ok. an ironworker told me this joke.

how do you know the girl you are dating is too young for you?

anybody?

livi 03-31-2008 07:06 AM

Well, with age comes impaired eye sight. Go see an ophthalmologist!

Neilk 03-31-2008 07:21 AM

I can't wait to reach the age where young girls stop looking appealing to me.

My SO is patient with me knowing that I am only comparing her beauty to theirs, but it will be a great day for her when she will stop catching me looking the other way. LOL

osidak 03-31-2008 07:28 AM

i'll be 35 in less than a month - if my wife wouldn't kill me I would be happy to entertain both those women :)

flashgordon13 03-31-2008 07:38 AM

It's not that they are less attractive, but you have begun the agonizing proccess of lowering your standards to women that you think will still date an old man. This is a sad event in every mans life. Wait until the ones with walkers look hot and then you know you are old! Old women are great because they can't outrun you.

Babysitting fees

Pay rates-usually by the hour-range anywhere from $5.00 to $15.00.
Question is; do they pay you to babysit them, or do you pay them to babysit you?

Porsche-O-Phile 03-31-2008 08:01 AM

I can't tell the ages of "young people" for crap now. I was out getting lunch the other day and there was a bunch of high school kids (I only know they were high school kids because the school was right there and it was obvious the group of them had literally just walked out the front door and was walking to get lunch someplace) and I was stunned. If I hadn't known they were highschoolers, I'd have guessed the ages anywhere from 22 to 30. I'm f*cking clueless. Just as bad with younger kids. Might be 8, might be 14. Dunno. I guess it's not important to me (I'm not a bartender or a bouncer or otherwise checking age credentials) but it was still shocking to see just HOW off I was.

I guess I don't have a future as the guy who admits people to "R" rated movies, eh?

KFC911 03-31-2008 08:08 AM

You're only as old as the girl you're hugging feels...or something like that :)

degreeoff1 03-31-2008 08:12 AM

Simple dating formula....your age divide by 2 and add 7...thats it and will always be that way.

BTW not my formula just a good rule of thumb I ran across.

For what its worth I agree with feeling old as I am just about to enter my 36th year, they look fantastic until they open thier mouths and speak....like ya know ??

And you'll never forget the first time that happens...

Dueller 03-31-2008 09:13 AM

In my mid forties I went thru a period of dating younger women...several between 22 and 32. It was fun, but I probably looked a little silly as I have prematurely grey hair. Well it was premature until I turned 40, then it wasn't anymore;)

Of course I bought into the "Your gray hair doesn't make you look old...It makes you so distinguished."

Then I realized "distinguished" was a euphemism for "When I dump you, maybe I can hook you up with my mom.":D

I recall one that took me home to meet her parents. Over Thanksgiving dinner, I discovered I was older than her mother AND her father. Thank god her grandparents were there to save me from being the oldest person at the dinner table.

Hate to be the one to mention this but "30ish" aren't "girls"...they're women....or they're supposed to be.

Personally, as I have gotten older I find there are so few true women and many, many girls with 20 years experience. All "girls" seem to care about is People and Us magazines, their acrylic nails and they say, "cute" and "darling" too much.

IIRC isn't that the formula for determining the age of a mistress rather than dating?

So it all comes back around again in the cycle? cool...I guess I will need some big money for that.
