Reminds me of the Targa tops that fit all 68 to '98 models...

Sheesh.

It would seem that the PO of my Porsche didn't replace this part on my car and has somehow rigged it to run without! Damn!

The water pump failed on my 911SC, that that one bolted right up as advertised.

Too bad the old E is a '69. I guess that wouldn't fit.

LOL. This is the fundamental problem with the automotive aftermarket. There is a massive effort underway to "normalize" data descriptions for replacement parts.

Hate to be a spolier, but could it be for a 924/944?

It looks like a water pump for a 924.

Wayne, IIRC, that's one of the 40+ aliases under which US Auto Parts sells. That would make it a $325 million/year fly-by-night operation.

I have a 2.0L (though wrong year) in my car but I can't find the water pump at all. For that mater, I just looked at my radiator and it looks like there is oil in it. Bummer.
