El Segundo Theater shooting follow up...
So, besides the 2 Police officers who were shot another young man was also hit in the leg by a stray bullet.
He's missed some work due to the incident and now is El Segundo employer appears to have let him go because of it. See the article below: http://www.dailybreeze.com/ci_8980068 My first thoughts are that since he's missed 4 days, he could go on State disability and possibly qualify for FMLA which would save him from loosing some pay as well as his job. I think it may be illegal for the company to fire him like this...

What really sucks is the kid keeps his nose clean, there for his family, had a job, and he gets shot while keeping his date out of harms way, and the fire him
 If accurate, this kid has very good character and is a productive person. Hope this wrong gets righted.
