I wanted to report a spam thread and can't find the "report this to a moderator" button... where the heck is it??

I've only used it once (a few months ago for the most offensive thing I've ever read here), but it's the triangle in the lower left hand corner.

Isn't there some sort of captcha in the registration process? It seems like that would get rid of them. When my old blog had a comment spam problem, the admin put in a box with the instructions "type anything here" which solved the problem for good.
