Can some help a computer illeterate trying to access a virtual tour
 

When I attempt to click on a virtual home tour on a certain website, the screen pops up briefly saying "loading" then goes to blank. What do I need to do? Thx in advance

Flash, Shockwave, some 3rd party app.

There, now help me get the friggen partition back on a clients laptop hard drive!

IE6 or IE7? If 7, is it closing the "pop-up" window?

Dunno...whne I click the above link, the window opens, flashes "loading tour" for a split second and the goes blank with the little red x in the upper left corner of the window....



(and feel free to paraphrase the joke that I'm too stupid to own a computer;))

If you want to PM me the site, I'll take a look, but I think you are missing a plugin. I just don;t know which one.

It's Java based. You might need to update your version.
