I talked to him again today. He sounds great. His concerns included switching to an electric razor (my Brothers idea) so he won't nick him self with a blade. I guess my Brother thinks that with the blood thinners he would bleed like a shot armadillo. I think it is his way have assuming some sort of control with our Fathers sitch.

Looks like he will be released on Friday - 4 days in the hospital. Hope this is the last time for some while.

coumadin is a nasty, though sometimes necessary drug.

Diet and medication restrictions when taking this drug are pretty crucial, assuming that is what he is on.(safe bet with a murmur) Turbulent flow makes you prone to forming blood clots, hence the blood thinner
