Who speaks more than one Language?

I understand most Dutch and German but cannot carry a conversation with them. I can swear in Spanish and can order beer (bottle or draft), saki, and sushi in Japan.

I can speak redneck and several dialects of English spoken around the Southeast. It must be another language because people who aren't from around here can't seem to understand what everyone is saying.
