911 sound for Blackberry users
Hey all!
I just created a little MP3 sound snippet for when emails/messages come in on the Blackberry. I was tired of those chimes/bells/gongs and I recorded some 911s at Willow Springs passing by on the straight a while back. Everytime a message comes in, there goes a 911. When multiple messages come in, it sounds like you're at the races. ![]() The sound is not on my ringtone website because it's so short I couldn't find it in myself to charge for it. If anyone wants the sound file, PM me with your email address and I'll send it out.

It's an MP3 clip so I don't see why not.
Just for the record....it's not a ringtone but a 1-2 second sound bite for the notifier (Blackberry users will know what this is). If your phone has some type of sound (bells, chimes, so forth) to let you know you have an email or text message, this little MP3 clip should work. I'm still working on getting just the right flat 6 sound for a killer ringtone. I have a couple on my site but they're not as good as the Ferrari 360 one (it kills me to say that too).

It should....I used to have a Razr and it supported MP3 sounds. In fact, that Razr was the reason I created the ringtones on my site. I wanted a cool sportscar sound when my phone rang and all I could find were Nascar ringtones

Wine Country huh? Where? Napa or the Central Coast? My inlaws have a vineyard in Templeton (Central Coast).

To all that have requested the 911 notifier tone....please PM me as that's the only way I can keep track. The forum doesn't always send out email notifications of new posts.
Hopefully everyone is enjoying the tone! I'm still working on that killer flat 6 tone. Usually the best environment to record is a dyno run so if anyone in the SoCal area is doing one soon, please let me know.
