				Potato Skins

After working from 7:30 am to 8:30pm with a two hour drive on each end... I like a little snack with 'some fingers' of Maker's on ice! What do you like? KT

I like pie myself, not so much to eat with my hands. Those look tasty, or twice baked, scoop 'em out like that, mash what you scoop out with cheese, bacon etc, put filling in the shell you have, put 'em back in oven for a bit. Yeah man, a big schooner full of sour cream is not really what you are after if you are looking to lose weight. How about baby carrots or something for a snack, or grapes maybe.

No kidding, for weight addition, that dish has it all! Fat, calories and carbs, and lots of each! (Does look tasty, though). | ||

About once a month I bake a potato, fix it with all the trimmings, eat it and then make skins for a second helping. I don't eat much the next day!

just had lunch. Family sitting next to us were from 100-200 pounds overweight each. They were scarfing on skins, fries, onion rings and bacon cheese burgers. The 10 year old son was maybe 100 pounds over weight. The father, 200 pounds overweight. I over heard the father say to his 10 year old son "you dont have to worry about weight for another 10 years" WTF
