    Hi Darin. It has been a relatively rocky upgrade from MS3+EDIS to MS3+MS3x sequential. MS3 in "upgrade mode" did fine with improved idle, etc.. However, I am having significant timing issues without the EDIS module resulting in excessive timing and detonation. I am not sure what the issue is as others are using the LS2 coils without issue so I suspect that the MS is more sensitive to crank wheel orientation and cam tooth interactions. Also, I may be have a ground offset issue so I am going to pull the intake and do a partial engine drop to replace the crank wheel with the Clewett 60-2 wheel, change to a Clewett VR sensor, and recheck my ground wiring. Unfortunately, I have less free time than I need to do all of this. The MS3x upgrade has turned out to be quite time intensive. The complexity in tuning is an order of magnitude greater than with MS2.
