My dad didn't want me to get my license, so I had to sneak when I was 16 to get my license

I was holding the steering wheel of the pickup while dad threw hay off the back before I started school. Dad would put the PU in 1st start it rolling and climb in the back while I would turn the wheel when he hollered turn. As soon as I could push the clutch on the John Deere I was driving it around the farm yard.
Later, dad had a contract with a trucking company called "Overseas motors" who delivered Porsches, Maserati's, Spitfires and MGs to dealers all over the country and I learned how to drive a car on the lot as I would drive them from the storage lot to the loading ramps for the truckdrivers. This was about 1973-74 so I was 8-9 years old. Mom has a picture of me doing donuts in someone elses longnose Jaguar while dad was chasing me from behind. I learned how to launch at a early age.

Weak Signals..... I competed in some funflys there in the 90's with a friend who is a long standing member (Lonnie Prince) that was probably active back in the 80's.
Their annual show is unbelievable, though I have not gone for several years.

Small world!
