When me and my two brothers grew up, my dad who is also a pediatrician, was a complete health nut. There were never, ever any candy, chocolate, chips, soda, cake, popcorn - you name it, in the house. Only 'real' food. I hated it then, but I am thankful today. You see, I have never caught the taste for anything with sugar or much fat. Never eat any of it.

I believe much of what makes people over weight already starting in school, is the little things you tend to stick in your mouth several times a day. Without even thinking about it the calories mount up.

So yes, a lean fluffer with clean pipes (arteries)..
