Fry your brain with electronics

This is downright scary. Funny, but scary.

I'll have to try it myself but it looks legit:

Snopes says claims that cell phones can cook eggs are false, but popcorn?

kstar 06-11-2008 07:37 AM

Viral.

If it were true, imagine what would happen to your skin when you used a cell phone.

Not nearly as dangerous as liberal blogs. Just read the posts here!

Phones in eu can put out more power than US ones can. The FCC limits phones here like .6 watts or something like that. (I cant remember the exact rule or number)

This is your brain......this is your brain on cell phones. Any questions?

Just don't keep two cell phones in each of your pant pockets and receive a call at the same time!

Popcorn balls?

Aerkuld 06-11-2008 09:10 AM

Isn't the cell phone transmitting/receiving the same signal whether it's ringing or not before you answer it?

Just tried it in the office with 4 phones and 4 microwave popcorn kernels. Didnt work.

No. When in use, it occasionally pulses (in the milliseconds) it's ID to say to the tower that's it's still on and in the area. When it rings it goes into full transmit/receive until you hang up.
