A co-worker, in his younger days, shared a house with 2 nurses, they were party animals, and when they got back from the clubs at night would each start a saline i.v. drip so when they woke up they were not dehydrated. Come on Livi your a doctor get a i.v.

If I have to get up early for work I learned this method:
1. Set alarm for 30 mins before you actually have to get up 2. Put 2 Tylenol 500's and a big glass of water next to the bed 3. alarm goes off, pop the pills and slam the water 4. go back to sleep for 30 mins. By the time you have to get up the pills and water will have evened you out and your good for a few hours. |

Preventative maintenance, like with your car, goes a long way, its too late now but this is my rule. 2 drinks, 1 glass of water.
When we were in the Bahama's I was getting really lit one night and realize dI was breaking my water rule, I walked up to the bartender in a lobby bar while we were walking and asked for the largest bottle of water he had, it was a 1.5 liter bottle, and cost $10 :( I downed the entire bottle during my walk (stagger) back to the condo. I was fine the next morning. |
