Can you list those? Modern Africa? Modern South America? Modern Asia? Modern Antarctica, help me out here.
Yes, the answer is all of the above. Even ours, but our history as americans is short.

The early modern period lasted from the end of the 15th century to the middle of the 18th century[1], circa 1450 (moveable type printing press etc) and 1492 (start of European Colonialism) to 1750 (the Enlightenment) and the beginning of the Industrial Revolution.
Modern Times are generally regarded as the period from the beginning of the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century and continuing up to today. The documentation of this time period is often called Modern history.
Modernity, based on Modernism, explores the changes of society due to the industrial age.
Postmodernity, Postindustrialism are theories to apply the art movement term of postmodernism (below) to social and cultural history, or to refer to the change of the industrial society during the past fifty years when the industry was no longer the most predominant basis of economy and society; the prefix "post-" implies a reaction to modernity and in that sense does not cover all contemporary history.[2]

So from the late 15th century until the present is all that we can claim as learning from ourselves, before that we didn't exist. In fact our early culture "early modern" is entirely not ours.

Lesser modern cultures: Basically everyone who has lived in the last 700 years or so.

See? That's not so hard, is it?
It's about to be. Since you classed us as a "lesser" culture, can you point to some achievements of some of the "Great ancient cultures" that would rival say, going to the moon, flight, modern medicine, modern agriculture, modern building, modern highways, atomic power, personal freedoms, justice? I could go on but I expect you to choke on just those.

While you're "yada"ing, give me 1 great achievement of the Ottomans, the Byzantines,Mesopotamians & early Arabs.

I'll be tapping my hoof.

Yes Mule, you're right, creating a highway is a far greater achievement for a culture than creating mathematics, or a written language.

Oh, and agriculture? How could I miss that!! Yeah, that modern design of watering crops and stuff...

Finally, "person freedom"? What is that? Sounds like something that hasn't existed for...well, probably millenia. Oh...I guess not, since apparently the ancient cultures didn't have personal freedom

Awesome cut & paste! Now can you show me something about ANY culture comparable to Western Europe / America?

Pull down your skirt. Your ignorance is showing. Of the acheivements you've listed, how many of those took place outside Western Europe?

List the cultures with more personal freedom than you have, even after George Bush.

First of all Western European culture and American culture are 2 separate cultures.
Comparable in what way? Some have better Hydro electric generating stations, some don't. Some have better freeway systems, some don't. Some have more fuel efficient vehicles, some don't. Some have more ghettos, some don't. Some have cleaner drinking water, some don't. Some have a free press, some don't.
They're all different that is why they separate cultures.

Be careful, your heros the French are western european.

You're very big on lists. However, I'm far too busy to hold your hand through this right now. i'd come back to it later (maybe tomorrow) but I won't bother, because you'll have found something new that is shiny to follow, and you'll forget completely that you demanded anything here.

Did you hear about what the Italian news is now saying about McCain's background? Oh, it's juicy!

Changing your tune? Spin won't work with me. Get back to answering which achievements come from outside WE / USA. That shouldn't be hard for a smart guy like you.

I understand. Defeat isn't tasty. Remember the words of Harry Callahan, "A man's got to know his limitations!"
