Some of these greenies need to get a real life. Ban the drive thru? Gimme a break!

Words cannot convey my pure hatred for this idiot. And I don't hate anyone really, but then again I don't consider him a human being. I've said to much.

Personally, I don't have the patience for drive-thrus. There's usually a line of 10-15 cars, and 9 times out of 10 they get my order wrong, so I'd have to go inside to rectify the matter.

They also like to dine in. :)

I find it is usually MUCH quicker to park at the back of the lot (so I'm not locked in by the cars in the drive-thru) and walk in.

I think banning drive-thrus, while I certainly don't support it, would cut down a lot on emissions. How many times have you wanted to go to one, seen the huge line of cars waiting and then gone somewhere else? In the DC area, most of the traffic lights are on timers and it's just ridiculous how you can sit there at a red light for a minute or two with no other cars in sight. When I lived in NJ we had sensors at just about every intersections. If there was no one on the adjacent senors, the main road always had a green light. Fixing this could clean up the air a lot AND relieve some congestion.

Al Gore needs to ban himself. Did you hear about his power bill after installing all his eco friendly garbage? 1 year later and his house still has a power usage 36 times the average American. He is insane.

I guess they should ban drive thru ATMs then also, especially the ones with Braille instructions.
Do any states still have drive thru liquor stores?
