The same goes for every sell out band who gives up their sound to jump on the newest bandwagon, reference the rolling stones Some girls album, specifically miss you. Sold out, bought and paid for.
Jefferson starship was another sell out, Berlin, the list goes on.

Bob Seger.

Ok, I don't "hate" him as a person. I just can;t stand to hear anything he has ever done musically.

Yeah, yeah, I know he's from Michigan AND has a Porsche but sorry, not even owning a 911 trumps the dislike I have for his music.

Oh, and pretty much any rap ever made I can't stand to hear.

Crud, I liked that Blondie song. Ok, well that one is ok but everything else rap sucks.

Have to agree with the REO haters (but thats a strong word ) but many of the other I like. Lots of folks dont like RAP and generally I dont very much but love Urban Dance Squad, Black Grape, Beck and a few others that RAP.

I don't mind many of the bands some have posted here, maybe for the fact that I haven't heard them 100,000 TIMES like many of the "classic rock" that the 2 stations in Pittsburgh (or I'm sure your town) play over and over and over and over. B Springsteen, Bob Seger, Kansas (really was this band ever that good that we should hearing their songs 30 years later?), ZZ Top, and about a few dozen more that make the rotation. Could you imagine working at a station everyday and playing the same 50 songs everyday? I didn't like them in High School (I was into New Wave then) and there is no escaping them when I have to go to my body shop or other business that plays this. It's like they never want to leave high school.

I've seen them a dozen times or so in concert. Still, even their live performances started to go down hill in '99 or so and didn't get any better right until they broke up...

Jethro Tull - I can't even put into words how much I hate their sound.

Rush gets boring pretty quickly. Beatles have some great songs along a large body of crap.
