Elderly couple making love like crazed weasels.

Your either going to laugh, cheer, or need a 50 gallon drum of mind bleach.

So yesterday, I climbed Mailbox Mountain here in WA. 2.5 miles that gains 4000, with some of the nastiest (or non existent) trail I have come across. Muddy, Tough slugging.

So I get to the top. And yes, there is a Mailbox on top of Mailbox Mountain (see photo below). The very top of the mountain is steep, but its open prairie, so you can see the mailbox from about 100 yards out. I'm tired, but I am enjoying the amazing views, and happy to get to the summit. The summit is a tiny, somewhat flat area, maybe 25ft across.

I step over a small rock ridge onto the summit, my eyes on the mailbox, when my attention is drawn to my right. There is an older couple(perhaps early 60s) lying there, under a blanket. The man does not have a shirt on. It takes my mind a moment to register what they are doing.....they're doing the deed! The ground is solid rock up here, and they did not hear me approach. I am shocked out of my shoes. There is really no where to go other than down, or across the ridge that descends from the summit. I beeline out on this ridge and find some shelter behind a big boulder, then proceed to laugh my arse off while munching a Cliffs bar. They leave after about 10 minutes. End of story.

You know what I think? Good for them! This is a seriously tough mountain. Here is this couple that are obviously in terrific shape for their age. Going at it like teenagers on a spectacular summers day on a mountain top.

Now excuse me, I'm going to back to drinking my morning scotch in the hopes of washing my minds eye.

that wasn't the only thing.

Early 60's = elderly?!? You're gonna offend a lot of folks on this forum...

That being said, my grandpa (80-something) was dismissed from three nursing homes for being um...err..."promiscuous".

Getting old doesn't mean you have to/want to stop doing the Wild Monkey Dance.

My 65th birthday is coming up fast...Thanks, Danny! Dunno why some kids think sex should stop at age 40...50...60...

Well...I wouldn't thank me yet...

I hope to be "getting it" when I'm in my 60's, but it sure as hell ain't gonna be with a 60-something woman! I tell my girlfriend all the time "as soon as she starts getting gray down there, I'm outta here".

I don't think that. It was not my intention to offend. Apologies to anyone who is offended.

But I'm not taking the thread down....

The did recently discover a substance that curtails a woman's sex drive...it's called "wedding cake".

Well that's the big question here. What's "old"? I recently read a Craigslist ad for a vintage F150 pickup. The guy says he's selling it for an "elderly friend". Later in the ad, he reveals his friend is 55 y/o...

There's a guy who goes running in my neighborhood...has to be in his 70's. He runs with no shirt on and my girlfriend (40) always turns to look (he is in amazing shape).

It's all a matter of perspective, I guess...
