I need someone to check out this C280 for me. I've talked to the guy twice, and his secretary is supposed to be taking more pictures. The delay is supposedly due to the car being in storage. His story is that he wrecked his Aston Martin, and while he was looking for a new one the insurance company quit paying his rental. Instead of renting a car, he simply bought this Mercedes from an individual. Now that he's found a new AM, he doesn't need the Mercedes anymore. Claims that it is very clean, good condition inside and out, everything works as it should, drives well. Priced pretty well, I think I could get it for less. I'd like someone to verify condition before I waste 6 hours driving down. The zip listed in the Autotrader ad shows that it is here: View Larger Map

Depending on exactly where in 75212 he is I'm anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour away.

Not a bad looking ride. If you don't take it I might. Don't worry, my moral code dictates I don't screw my PP brethren. If you do come down for it lemme know. Willing to put you up as long as you don't mind sleeping on an air mattress in the guest room.
