				Logic escapes again....

So I am curious how many of you do the same stupid stuff that I do. It usually doesn't hit me until afterwards. I just went grocery shopping to 2 different stores, trunk full of groceries and I live on a 4th floor apt and you need a stupid fob to move the elevator. I decided that I could carry everything in 2 trips and did it by the way but literally had the vodka bottle under my arm, the martini glasses and grenadine in a bag in each hand, and a bunch of other stuff and barely made it to the door without dropping everything but really wonder why I couldn't make a 3rd trip. At times, I will go to Costco in the P-car and completely forget which car and fill her to the brim with my sport seats holding everything in place. I don't think I am the only one where logic just misses completely. Is the sign of stupider things to come?

You are so lucky, you get to buy vodka at the grocery store.

Last time I did something that smooth, it was right in front of the Police. We stopped to get beer at a very crowded non-convenience store, and I knew the bottom was going to fall out. After I paid and left, was not 15 feet away from the door, sure as shyte, the bottom fell out just as I was walking past the officers. Broken glass everywhere. I marched my ass right back inside, laid the dripping beer box down, announced the mishap, then informed them I would be getting another and would be going about my merry way. The long arm of the law had a different idea. They proceeded to tell me that I was responsible for the mess, advised me that I should clean it, and directed me to a broom and dust pan. Not wanting to visit one of the finer establishments in town, I had no argument, and then proceeded to clean the mess to a condition that was better than it was to begin with. I don't chance it anymore, the iffy ones just aren't worth it.

Double-bag next time if you continue this lazy man's load behavior.

Chris, that story made me chuckle. Been there, done that...many times. You wanna grab a late breakfast tomorrow? Say, 10:30 or so? | ||

Hey Scott, he had a bottle of vodka, martini glasses and grenadine. I don't think he'll be up that early!
