Urban Dino's in the making

Step 1: bleach the shirt fronts

Going to be a long night, have sizes 7, 8, 10, and 12 left to do in prep for silkscreen tomorrow.

Are these prototypes or are those steps required for each and every shirt?

Construct shirt
Bleach front, hang and dry
Cut black foil
Hand stamp T-Rex skull and text
Place foil over silkscreen
Heat press
Let cool, rip off foil
Lay CHOMP letters down back of shirt
Spray with bleach
hang to dry
Clean, dry letters, repeat.
Wash, dry, tag and fold

The heat press kills your back, the CHOMP on the back is the real killer though...that's tomorrow.

500 of these to do, 350 of the black with army sleeves

I've been setting up production lines for efficiency all my life. Maybe a trip to Boston for the next Yankees series?

I'll buy the tickets, beer and hotdogs! I have a lazy susan machine in my head, just need to control it. Wait until you see what I have to do tomorrow!

Step 13 - take a break and surf the innertoobz.

Yeah I didn't see that step either. Get your tail back to work.

I would rather some innerboobz, or maybe thighs, myself, but this is all I've got.
