Olives, stuffed with bleu cheese please. I stuff them myself now, as it is hard to get good cheese in olives these days.

As for good olives, try Mel's Olives ( www.melsolives.com ). He used to stuff 'em with the good cheese, but FDA rules put the kabosh on that. Still has the best olives on the planet.

Here's one I came across today while reading the local Albuquerque rag. It's made with a gin based liquer called Pimms. It's supposed to be The Wimbeldon drink.

Pimm's No. 1 Cup

1-1/2 oz. Pimm's No. 1

1 slice cucumber

8-10 mint leaves

lemonade

In a highball glass, muddle mint and cucumber with a couple ice cubes. Fill glass with ice and add Pimm's No. 1. Top off with lemonade. Stir and garnish with cucumber slice or lemon wedge.
