Just got pinked on my Job.
Well I rolled in and got the axe. Anyone need a IT guy with Certs in Juniper's Wan acceleration?
Only 58 payments to go on the Porsche lol.

Sorry to hear that, but get busy and build your personal network. I use LinkedIn to connect with others and so far, it's helped me. IT Security is my area of expertise and I found many opportunities by reconnecting with others I know. Update your resume and post a profile on LinkedIn. Monster and hotjobs didn't do anything for me. Good luck!

Sounds like you know networking stuff.
I'm not sure what we use here, but we have a MASSIVE WAN and I'm pretty sure we have openings. Of course, you'd have to move to Bloomington, Illinois. PM me if you're interested and I can give you more detail.

Hey guys, thanks for the words. I've not bothered putting the resume together, just went out watered the plants, and chilled. I'll be doing a resume tonight, tomorrow...
For what happened? Basically I don't work for Juniper, I worked for a out-sourcer. They are renegotiating the contract, and the out-sourcer is feeling the squeeze on the head count. Add in as someone said Juniper has discoed some of their Wan accel devices (the dx) and it was a bad time to be superfluous headcount. My boss pretty much told me she was pressured. I have a JNCIA's in DX, and WX, (two of Junipers acceleration devices.) But working in that stuff is pretty rare. I have all the books and the knowledge to get a JNCIA in Enterprise routing. So after I decompress, I'll start rolling the Resumes out.
