I believe the that the young teen girls, that are getting boob jobs, is similar topic. It just does not make sense for a parent to let, basically still a little girl get implants. If you combine the tramp stamp and a boob job for a young teen, it just seems like it is all down hill from there.

I understand the cultural/tribal significance, but we're talking about an American girl here, not Maori, etc. And in fact my original point way back when was that this whole situation isn't about tats or a disobedient teen but rather a messed up dynamic between husband and wife.

Ill conceded and say this: 17 is probably too young to be getting a tattoo because tastes and outlooks can and do change for some
