I have been w/ VZ for years - 7 I think? Am on no-contract, and refuse to sign a new contract.

Result #1 - they refuse to change my plan, e.g. to adjust monthly minutes, etc. Any change, they say, requires a new contract.

Result #2 - we are leaving VZ for ATT this year.

I was with Verizon for 7yrs as well. I THOUGHT that my corp discount would count for something. Turns out I was very wrong when I started looking around...

I make changes to my Verizon plan all the time, never had to re-up to get it done. If I did, I'd be on a 100 yr. contract by now.
