Where in the "F" can you find 4 spark plug wires (+ one for the disty) for $500????????????????

Maybe if he spent $49.99 for the set plus $450 for the crack he was smoking when he started throwing all of the $hit into the car.

At least he mentioned that he spent $49 for the t-belts!

New timing belts, but thrown on there with a $60 water pump. I have no idea where that fool was buying parts from but it must not have been any of the big parts houses.

That $28K car is nuts. Do these people seriously think they'll find a buyer (sucker), or do they not really want to sell their car?

This is what people do with an unlimited supply of welfare money handed to them by the government, apparently.

I thought the '89s on up had a 2.7L and the 968s went to 3? I'm not sure. Maybe they'll claim there's a 911 engine hiding in there somewhere.

The S2 had a 3.0 liter 16 valve engine.

IIRC, only the S2 was available as a cab. So if that car is a 944 cab, it has to be an S2.

If anyone wants a 944 at a fraction of that cost I can hook you up...

I'm giving em away!

$60 waterpump? In my dreams!

I think I paid close to $400 for my waterpump last year--and my car has two of them! (Thankfully the electric waterpump is fine.)

That "GT3" body kit doesn't allow the hood to open.

That's OK though...the thing is bulletproof, you don't even need to change the oil for the next 100K miles.

No, 944S2s had the 3.0

I'm just excited about the 200 MPH wheel bearings!

Tidybuoy 08-13-2008 09:21 AM

The 3-liter had 4 valves per cyl...those photos show the 2.5 with 2 valves per cyl.

I'll bet that bad boy has high-compression lug nuts, too. At least 11:1 CR. :)

Tidybuoy 08-13-2008 09:27 AM

He forgot to list 1/2 tank of gas $40, 6 new (less than 6 mths old) quarts of oil $30, wiper blades $5.....yada, yada, yada
