Arctic ice refuses to melt as ordered
"... ice has grown in nearly every direction since last summer - with a large increase in the area north of Siberia. Also note that the area around the Northwest Passage (west of Greenland) has seen a significant increase in ice. Some of the islands in the Canadian Archipelago are surrounded by more ice than they were during the summer of 1980.

Guess Al wasn't telling the truth, what a surprise!

Guys, it's no longer global warming. Now it's global climate change.
An increase in the ice shelf is a change and indicative of man's destruction of the environment. Same if it shrinks. They can't lose that way. |
Gas prices went up.... Toyota sold some Priuses.... Some people bought bicycles & motorcycles.......The world is safe now......
I forget, in lefty world didn't Bush/Cheney cause gas prices to rise which now in turn has saved our planet as evidenced by the ice increase...... I am so confused... I need Al Gore to tell me what to think. |

I think it will progressively become more apparent that we just don't have enough data to assume that global warming exists, much less due to human influences.
The span of time that we have been tracking temperatures is less than a blink of an eye in the grand scheme of world climate change. The global warming mania isn't very good science. It's a theory, nothing more. But, it makes great media fodder. |
