Years ago I used to party like it's 1999. I've hugged the bowl too many times so I've long given up alcohol and ganja. If I could give that up (I loved it by the way, except for the puking part), why can't I stop overeating?
I wonder if anyone has ever tried hypnotism for behavior modification.

Hi my name is John, here are a few things you need to look at...One if you buy a $7 fat counter book at Walmart, you can start to get an idea of how many macro nutrients you are eating(carbs, proteins, fats etc..)second start to look at the nutritional value of everything you eat.many things aren't wise to eat for someone who thinks they are intaking too much...Next you should look at meal frequency...and there's alot more...if you are serious about making a change let me know and I can give you some real specific help for you that will get results..peace,john
